Regular Board Meetings
The following are the proposed meeting dates for 2026. Regular Downtown Tillsonburg BIA Board meetings are held at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday mornings at the BIA office, located at 164 Broadway, Unit 10, Tillsonburg, unless otherwise stated.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the Tillsonburg Legion. Any closed sessions will be held only when required and as permitted under applicable governance guidelines.

Meeting minutes may be grouped together or adopted at a later date pending review and approval by the Board of Management.

Special Meetings of the Downtown Tillsonburg BIA Board may be scheduled throughout the year as needed to address time-sensitive matters or specific items of business. Notice of any Special Meeting, including the date, time, and agenda, will be provided below.
