In Downtown Tillsonburg, we understand the importance of mental health and well-being for everyone in our community. We recognize that seeking support is a crucial step towards maintaining good mental health.

ONTARIO ADDICTION TREATMENT CENTRE

The OATC Tillsonburg Clinic provide Buprenorphine and Methadone supported treatment for opioid use disorder.

Oxford County Walk-In Counselling provides local residents immediate access to counselling services, with clinics available in Tillsonburg, Ingersoll and Woodstock in safe and accessible community spaces.

WELKIN CHILD & YOUTH MENTAL WELLNESS

Wellkin Child & Youth Mental Wellness offers free, accessible mental health programs and services in Woodstock, St. Thomas, Tillsonburg and Ingersoll.

OXFORD COUNTY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE

The Livingston Centre

Outreach workers are available downtown on select days throughout the week to help you connect to resources at the centre and in the community. They are able to help you find housing, arrange transportation, fill in forms and advocate for you with other agencies.

REACH OUT MENTAL HEALTH ADDICTIONS CRISIS SERVICES

Reach Out is a free, 24/7, confidential mental health and addictions support and services line for people living in Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford and London. If you need mental health and addictions help, Reach Out is the one service you should connect with.

KIDS HELP PHONE CANADIAN CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION

Kids Help Phone is a Canadian charitable organization that provides online and telephone counselling and volunteer-led, text-based support in English and French to youth across Canada.
